You need to ensure that the nss/nss_ldap.so file is installed
as /lib64/libnss_ldap.so.2. Per default it is only installed
in /lib/libnss_ldap.so.2.

You also have to ensure the pam/pam_ldap.so is installed in the proper
location (/lib/security/pam_ldap.so most likely).
