release 1.0.25 of cvsd

Release 1.0.25 of cvsd has just been made available which includes
mostly updates to allow running under systemd.

A summary of the changes since 1.0.24:
* add a `--nofork` option to allow running cvsd in the foreground
  (thanks наб)
* Debian packaging updates
