cvsd in NetBSD's pkgsrc

In reading the http://arthurdejong.org/cvsd/downloads.html page,
I thought it might be useful to mention that cvsd is also
maintained in NetBSD's pkgsrc system (which is portable to, and
used on, a wide variety of OS's)
