release 0.7.11 of nss-pam-ldapd

Release 0.7.11 of nss-pam-ldapd has just been made available which fixes
a bug that prevented logins when a relatively long ruser PAM variable
was set. This should be a reasonably stable and well tested release.

A summary of the changes since 0.7.10:
* grow the buffer for the PAM ruser to not reject logins for users with
  a ruser including a domain part
* Debian packaging improvements

Note that the 0.7 series is in maintenance mode and will receive
bugfixes and security support but new features are targeted for a 0.8
release.
