release 0.8.8 of nss-pam-ldapd

This is a quick update to fix a regression in the 0.8.7 release.

A summary of the changes since 0.8.7:
* fix a regression in the handling of PAM requests
* add the ldapns.schema file from pam_ldap to the tarball
