release 0.7.17 of nss-pam-ldapd

This is an update for the 0.7 series that fixes a few minor bugs and
includes a few small improvements. The changes should be minimal and
have mostly been available in the 0.8 branch for some time.

A summary of the changes since 0.7.16:
* a few small compatibility improvements from the 0.8 branch
* fix two possible NULL pointer dereferences and a possible memory leak
  (thanks Jakub Hrozek)
* install default configuration file with reduced permissions (further
  protection for CVE-2009-1073)
* support larger gecos values

The 0.7 series will only occasionally receive further bugfixes and will
not include any new features. Users of the 0.7 series are encouraged to
upgrade to a 0.8 release which is now considered stable and includes a
number of enhancements.
