I know OpenSUSE have RPMs:
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/network:/ldap/openSUSE_11.4/i586/
Also http://rpm.pbone.net lists several nss-pam-ldapd packages. I'm not
an RPM user myself so can't comment on those.
You could also try to compile nss-pam-ldapd from source. You need the
development packages from the OpenLDAP library and a few other developer
packages.
