Release 0.7.6 is quite old. The PAM stack module probably contains some
bugs that could trigger this. Can you try the 0.7.13 release?
Other than that, I don't see anything wrong. nslcd reports the error,
from your first mail it seems than the PAM module passes the error to
the user but the final result of the PAM stack doesn't seem to stop the
login although the PAM stack does suggest that that should happen.
