Nested groups are currently nog supported in nss-pam-ldapd.

The main reason this hasn't been implemented yet is because it is
difficult to get right. Some background information is available here:

While I don't think I will be implementing this myself very soon, if
anyone is willing to work on this I can arrange commit access to the
nss-pam-ldapd repository and provide some support.

If someone is willing to pay to have this implemented, I can see if
something can be arranged.
