Subject: [PATCH] allow tls_randfile to be a file or a character device

After a recent commit that checks for existence of various files
specified in the config file, nslcd no longer allows one to specify
/dev/urandom or /dev/random for tls_randfile. This patch changes the
check so it must either be a file or a character device.
