Hi Arthur,

We are try to setup nslcd in red hat 6.7 (Santiago) and  installed nss-pam-ldapd, pam_ldap. Configuration seems to be confusion in RHEL as there are multiple conf files.

1.       /etc/pam_ldap.conf

2.       /etc/openldap/ldap.conf

3.       /etc/nslcd.conf

We have copied configuration as in nslcd.conf in ldap.conf and pam_ldap.conf. We are using pam_authz_search (&(uid=$username)(ip=$rhost), when running nslcd –d, we are not seeing any authz calls. Authentication was successful but there is no authorization call. Could you please clarify which conf file is used and why we are not seeing pam_authz calls.

Version: nss-pam-ldapd 0.7.5
