[nssldap] release 0.3 of nss-ldapd

Development of nss-ldapd, a fork from nss_ldap to try out some
structural design changes, is continuing. A new release is available for
download here:
  http://ch.tudelft.nl/~arthur/nss-ldapd/

I have been using nss-ldapd on several systems without any major issues.

This release has some major code changes and simplifications as well as
some documentation improvements. The changes to the core LDAP query code
have not yet been integrated into this release though. Note that in this
release some features were removed to improve maintainability.
