[nssldap] release 0.6 of nss-ldapd

A new release of nss-ldapd was made that adds a number of features that
were missing in earlier releases, fixes a number of bugs and takes a
step to improve portability. Release 0.6 is available from:
  http://ch.tudelft.nl/~arthur/nss-ldapd/

The most important bugfixes were in the parsing of the map option,
handling of communication problems between the daemon and the NSS module
and the parsing of the userPassword attribute.

Support for the uniqueMember LDAP attribute, using the
module with the compat service, groups with a large number of members
and an implementation of the initgroups() function were added.

The compatibility improvements were a result of compiling and testing
the code on several platforms. Note that this does not make it possible
to use nss-ldapd on something like Solaris yet but some of the work for
that has been done.
