[nssldap] release 0.6.10 of nss-ldapd

A new release of nss-ldapd was made which fixes a number of bugs in the
0.6.9 release. This release is available from:
  http://ch.tudelft.nl/~arthur/nss-ldapd/

This release includes improvements to the experimental PAM module with
bind authentication implemented, a fix for a segmentation fault when
using some tls_* options and searching through multiple search bases.

It is expected an upcoming release will include the PAM module by
default at which point the software will probably be renamed to
nss-pam-ldapd (suggestions for a better name are welcome).
