release 1.18 of python-stdnum

Release 1.18 of python-stdnum has been made available.

This release includes a few new number formats (Belgian national
number, ISO 10962 CFI, Czech bank account number, Algerian tax number,
Faroe Islands tax number, Ghana tax number, Kenya tax number, Morocco
tax number, Montenegro tax number, North Macedonia tax number,
Pakistani identity card number, Slovenian, citizen number and Tunisia
tax number) and includes fixes and improvements for the
Mexican CURP, French SIRET, CUSIP, German Handelsregisternummer, GS1-
128 and CAS Registry Number.
