I have had the multi-threading on the TODO list for quite some time but
it's not finished yet. It is one of the things I would really like to
have implemented but can also be really tricky to get right because you
don't want to overload the target website.
For example, there is currently a --wait option. It could be better to
have a maximum hits per minute (per site) option instead.
