Ignore Bad Certificate Error

Is it possible to ignore a bad certificate error? Previously I was using webcheck without suggested packages and it had no issue with the SSL cert on the site I was testing, but after installation of the suggested packages (python-utidylib and python-beautifulsoup) it fails with the following error... 526: Origin SSL Certificate Error
