Problem with case filtering in nss-pam-ldapd

Hi Arthur,

I do have a massive problem with the case filtering. Our User names are
something like Givenname.Surname  mostly with the first character in upper case
E.g.:  Klaus.Steinberger

This is no problem when I login with the correct case, but with the old nss-ldap
I could login with any case.

More bad news is the combination with samba.  Newer samba versions (beginning
with 3.4.x) do not return the correct case from AD, they lower the case. So it
returns e.g. klaus.steinberger.

This leds to the situation, that the samba idmapping do not find the user in the
unix passwd database and the access rights to the samba share will not work.


So what I like to have is to have this filtering configurable in nslcd.conf, so
we can switch it off. I think this should be easy to implement. What do you 
think?
