Before 0.8.4 for AD you had to do
map group uniqueMember member
(the member attribute because the default with 0.8.4)
nslcd supports DN values for the member/uniqueMember attribute and looks
for the username in the DN and if it cannot be found does a (cached)
LDAP search to find it.
