Thanks for your patch and thans to Iain for pointing this out. I've
integrated the patch with a few minor changes:
- failing to open oom_score_adj will be logged at debug level to avoid
nasty errors on platforms that don't have it
- adjusted the log message for failing to open oom_score_adj (log file
name and errno)
