HomeDirectory based on Authz

I have SSHD & VSFTPD is running in virtual box centos 7 and using NSLCD. We are trying to have different home directory based on type of service user is logins for example if user1 login with VSFTPD  home directory will be /data/vsftp/user1. Same user login with sshd will have home directory /data/sftp/user1. The problem here is if there is no home directory is returned in LDAP authc, authentication is not passing.  Currently we are sending some dummy home directory. During authz we use $service to identify the type of service and returning the correct home directory. But the user always lands in home directory sent during authc  (dummy home directory). Is there a way to override the home directory. Please provide your valuable suggestions.
