[nssldap] release 0.2 of nss-ldapd

Developent on nss-ldapd, a fork from nss_ldap to try out some structural
design changes, is continuing (slowly). A new release is available for
download here:
  http://ch.tudelft.nl/~arthur/nss-ldapd/

I have been using nss-ldapd on several systems without any major issues.

This release is mainly intended as a bugfix release and introduces some
code cleanups and improvements before the upcoming major overhaul of the
LDAP query code.
