[nssldap] release 0.6.9 of nss-ldapd

A new release of nss-ldapd was made which fixes a number of bugs in the
0.6.8 release. This release is available from:
  http://ch.tudelft.nl/~arthur/nss-ldapd/

This release adds more detailed debug logging, fixes a problem with the
tls_reqcert option and fixes a bug with LDAP entries where the the DN
did not match with the attribute's value. This release also contains a
PAM module (disabled by default) contributed by Howard Chu from the
OpenLDAP project that works together with the nssov overlay in slapd.
Work is underway to complete the needed functionality in nss-ldapd's
nslcd process.
