release 1.1 of python-stdnum

Release 1.1 of python-stdnum has just been made available.

This release includes a number of new number formats (Albanian NIPT,
Argentinian CUIT, Chilean RUT, Colombian NIT, San Marino COE,
Dominican Republic Cedula, Dominican Republic RNC, Icelandic Kennitala,
Icelandic VSK, BIC/ISO 9362, Norwegian MVA, Norwegian Orgnr, Swedish
Orgnr) some of which have been imported from the vatnumber module. This
release also includes a few other small improvements.

Development of the library is ongoing and contributions and suggestions
