release 1.5 of python-stdnum

Release 1.5 of python-stdnum has been made available.

This release includes a number of new number formats (Australian
Business Number, Company Number and Tax File Number, Spanish Bank
Account Code, Spanish Supply Point Unified Code and Spanish real estate
property id) and infrastructure to do country-specific IBAN validation.
