release 1.11 of python-stdnum

Release 1.11 of python-stdnum has been made available.
This release includes a number of new number formats (Argentinian
national ID, Austrian social security number, Cuban identity card
number, Greek social security number, Lithuanian personal number,
Moldavian company ID, MAC address, Mexican personal ID, Norwegian birth
number, New Zealand bank account number and Swedish personal ID). This
release also includes a few fixes to Dominican Republic, Ecuadorian and
Argentinian numbers.
