Hello,

in the imsi.dat file under the '230' heading, the following records contain
strings "cy" and "Cyprus" in the CC and Country variables, respectively,
whereas they should in fact contain "cz" and "Czech Republic", respectively.
I excuse for this message in case I am wrong, but think Cyprus has got its
own '280' range already.
