from the error messages, I can guess "webcheck" was written for Python 2.x and
you're using Python 3.7 . But the pathnames I see in the error message say the
Python egg is labeled with "py3.7" despite having python 2.x code in it.

I was certain the latest version was 1.10.4 as per

Where did you get this Python egg ?

I believe that was intentional, to frustrate robots that harvest email
addresses to use for sending spam. A real human can do the error correction,
as you successfully did.
