Hi,
I am using "base group" to map group principals.
When I added 8th principal mapping, I get an error when I try to start
nslcd. Looks like 7 is the max limit.
linux:/home/testuser # /sbin/nslcd -d
nslcd: DEBUG: add_uri(ldaps://10.31.52.189:636)
nslcd: /etc/nslcd.conf:90: maximum number of base options per map (7) exceeded
linux:/home/testuser #
But, in the nslcd.conf man page
(http://arthurdejong.org/nss-pam-ldapd/nslcd.conf.5), it says ...
base [MAP] DN
Specifies the base distinguished name (DN) to use as search base.
This option may be supplied multiple times and all specified bases
will be searched.
Why is this restriction of 7 mappings only ?
Thanks,
Vinay
