nss-ldapd-0.6.11 on RedHat

Hi all

nss-ldap-0.6 will work properly on Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS release 4up5???
As there is no package for this distribution I have to compiler this one.
I could not get it work and a have no clue why.
nscd is working properly, nothing with nslcd. Even if a run as debug mode, there is message (warning or error).
Really thanks for any help :-)
